  Came here ONCE, to pick up an order. It's conveniently located on my way to work, so I figured it would be an easy in and out stop and no more than 5-10 minutes. It turns out, the customer service staff is so dysfunctional and can't keep themselves organized... It took them 15 minutes to just find the one shirt I came to pickup. If at all possible, I wouldn't pickup anything from this location, I stick to the Kohl's closer to home. The clothing selection is about the same as any other store, so because of convenience, I would still be willing to stop here if I need to look for a shirt for an occasion if needed.

  Much better than a close location, it seems you're larger but selection of petites are small & no casuals. They're are a lot of petite people & most other retail stores are lacking too. I walked around looking for the depts. I wanted even though I asked. Great deals on clearance but on the other hand, you have like 2-3 racks of petites with limited styles. No casual things.

  Very clean with quick check out lines. If you go to the Fox Valley locations, you will be stuck in line for 10 minutes with one cashier working up front.
